SMS Terms — DOXAZO Field Alerts

These terms apply to DOXAZO Field Alerts, the text-message program operated by DOXAZO LLC (“DOXAZO,” “we,” “us”).

1. Program description

DOXAZO Field Alerts are operational text messages from DOXAZO LLC to its employees, field crews and subcontractor crew members about their work with DOXAZO, such as:

• truck check reminders
• daily field report reminders
• safety alerts
• job-related notices

This list gives examples; other operational messages about your work with DOXAZO are part of the same program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in in one of two ways: by entering your mobile number on your profile in the DOXAZO Field Operations app and ticking “Text me DOXAZO Field Alerts”, under the consent text shown with the checkbox; or by agreeing to receive these alerts on your onboarding form, in which case a DOXAZO administrator records your consent in the app, on your profile or on the record the texts are for (such as the truck you drive or the daily field report reminder list). Your consent covers the mobile number you gave it for; if your number changes, we stop texting until you opt in again. Receiving texts is optional: the same information is also available in the app or from your DOXAZO contact.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically up to one message per day).

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START, then tick “Text me DOXAZO Field Alerts” on your profile in the app again (or ask your DOXAZO administrator to record your consent again). You can also turn texts off at any time by unticking that box.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send DOXAZO Field Alerts. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
