1. Who we are and what this policy covers

DOXAZO LLC (“DOXAZO,” “we,” “us”) is a wireless telecommunications tower construction and integration subcontractor. Our website is https://doxazollc.com.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information in:

• DOXAZO Field Operations, the app our staff, field crews and subcontractor crews use for daily field reports, safety, fleet and truck inspections, and project management, including the report emails and photo links we send to our clients; and
• DOXAZO Field Alerts, our operational text-message program, described in our SMS Terms.

2. Information we collect

• Account information:your name, email address, phone number and role. A mobile number you give us is collected only to send you DOXAZO Field Alerts text messages. A phone number entered on our website's quote request form is collected only so we can reply to that request.
• Field records you submit: daily field reports, job-site photos, safety and inspection records, and timesheets. If you allow location access on your device, some forms also record your location when you submit them, to tag the job site.
• Technical and security information: basic log data created when you use the app (such as IP address, browser and device type, and the time of each request), and the results of automated security checks such as Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check, which help confirm that requests come from real people using our genuine app.
• Business and billing records: project, site and work-order details, invoices and payment records, and contact details for the client representatives who receive our reports.

3. How we use information

• Running projects and field operations: planning and tracking work, reviewing daily reports, and sharing reports and job photos with the client the work is for.
• Safety and compliance: keeping safety, incident and inspection records and meeting our safety, contractual and legal obligations.
• Communication: sending operational emails and DOXAZO Field Alerts text messages.
• Invoicing: preparing invoices and tracking payments.
• Security: protecting accounts, preventing abuse and keeping the app reliable.

4. Text messaging

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you give us your mobile number, we use it only to send you DOXAZO Field Alerts operational text messages, such as truck check reminders, daily field report reminders, safety alerts and job-related notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies (typically up to one message per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A phone number entered on our website's quote request form is used only to reply to that request and is never added to DOXAZO Field Alerts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Service providers

Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent data are excluded from all of the sharing described in this section.

We use a few service providers to run the app. They process information on our behalf to provide their services to us, not for their own marketing:

• Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, database, file storage, sign-in and security checks.
• Twilio: text message delivery.
• Intuit QuickBooks: invoicing and payments.
• Email delivery: sending operational emails, such as report emails to our clients.

We share field records, such as field reports and job photos, with the client a project is for, as described in section 3. This applies to field records only and does not include mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data. We may disclose other information only when required by law. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as we need it for business, legal and safety-record purposes. Access to the app is limited to authorized accounts, and each person can see only what their role allows. Information is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

7. Your choices

• Update your information: ask your supervisor or a DOXAZO administrator to correct or update your profile.
• Stop text messages: reply STOP to any DOXAZO Field Alerts message.
• Questions: email us at admin@doxazollc.com.

8. Children

DOXAZO Field Operations and DOXAZO Field Alerts are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
